Marks & Spencer has appointed Tom Smith as its new pensions and benefits manager.
Smith has almost 20 years experience in this area, and joins from the Estée Lauder Grou, where he held the role of reward and pensions manager.
He has previous held similar roles for Vodafone and Barclays. Prior to that he worked as a pension and employee benefits consultant for both Capita and KPMG.
Announcing the role on LinkedIn, Smith said he was looking forward to starting in his new role at the high street fashion and food retailer. Smith started in this role on January 12.
