Clear Insurance Management, the insurance broker and employee benefits specialists  has joined the trade body for the group risk sector, Grid.

Clear Insurance Management offers tailored employee benefits solutions to start-ups, SMEs and larger corporates with a focus on reducing employee absence and aiding with recruitment and retention of staff.

Clear Group said it was hoping to benefit from Grid’s training academy, providing entry-level and advanced training for members’ staff. The company said it also values the opportunity to participate in groups and forums focused on the legislative and regulatory matters that impact the group risk industry.

Clear Employee Benefits director of employee benefits Jo Tressler says joining Grid will further the company’s commitment to the highest levels of advice for our clients.

“Alongside Grid’s training and development, their expert insight offers us a unique look at the future of the market, the impact government changes will have, and our ability to influence these decisions.”

Colin Fitzgerald, chair of Grid adds: “Joining Grid reflects a strong commitment to best practice and high standards within the group risk market, offering added reassurance to clients.”
