Towergate Employee Benefits has strengthened its consulting division with the appointment of Dasha Ivanova as client director, as the firm continues to expand its advisory services.
Ivanova joins from AON (NFP) and brings more than ten years’ experience in employee benefits consulting. In her new role, she will lead strategic relationships with major corporate clients, overseeing the delivery of benefits solutions designed to be innovative, compliant and cost-effective.
She will report to Mark Pugh, head of consulting services at Towergate Employee Benefits.
Pugh said: “Dasha’s appointment supports the ongoing expansion of our consulting team, as we acknowledge the increasing demand from our clients and prospects to support them in all areas of benefit strategy and delivery.”

The move builds on Towergate’s efforts to expand its presence in the employee benefits market by combining technical expertise with commercial insight and client-focused service.
