BrewDog is offering its 1,800 UK employees a new mental health referral service.

The initiative gives staff the opportunity to be assessed and diagnosed for autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Through a partnership with mental healthcare company Onebright, the neurodiversity assessment will include an appraisal of medical history, family history and systems to establish whether they have either condition.
